Payment Method:
Payments must be made in US funds by money order, certified cashier's check, personal check, or major credit card. La Mano del Mundo accepts Visa and Mastercard.

Shipping Charges:
Within the Continental United States: On occasion, shipping charges may need to be adjusted for oversized or heavy items. In the event that shipping charges need to be adjusted, the buyer will be notified via e-mail and must approve the additional shipping costs before the order is processed.

For International Shipping: You will be contacted concerning shipping charges before your order is processed.

Shipping Methods:
Shipping will be "surface" mail by United States Postal Services or UPS. If you desire another shipping method, please email us with your request. We will be happy to make other arrangements.

Customs Duty:
Customs duty charges may be levied by the receiving country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damage During Shipping:
A great deal of care is taken when packaging your items for shipment. Occasionally, accidents happen. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please keep all original packaging materials and immediately email returns@lamanodelmundo.com for instructions.

You must return, at your expense, any of our undamaged products with your receipt within 30 days for a merchandise exchange, credit, or full refund of the purchase price. If you receive a damaged item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged product to us.
